I love getting a portrait idea out of my head and onto reality. I enjoy the challenge of it; the planification (wardrobe, model, location), the execution, the obstacles (lighting, environment, model’s limitations) and finally the result that I can modify to my heart’s content.
These are different ideas where texture, colour and even masks inspired me. I am deeply moved by solitude and rejection and the use of space.
